Day 6 | Recalibrating

So I just got back into town happy to say I lost my entire bankroll playing cash games during my airport delays. A bitter sweet outcome. On one hand the loss, on the other a decision to narrow the goalposts. I want to be more specific in my focus and eliminate learning bankroll management  for now.

The ideas is to start learning by doing. I’ve decided to take 20 poker lessons. They cost 2.50 each. So fifty bucks on poker lessons. If I’m a better player after taking all 20 lessons I can decide on taking more courses or start tackling bankroll management. Ideally, I would do this two or three times to compare my progress. The lessons of course are experiential and come in the form of a $2.50 bounty tournament. No re-buys allowed and no playing any other poker until  I have  finished 20 tournaments. So, yeah, working on my self control as well.

Day 7 is the new Day 1
