So, this morning I won a couple of bounties in the Mini Big Game and decided re-buy out of my bankroll. I usually don’t because I figure if I’m not playing well enough to make it of the end of the re-buy period I should probably chalk it up to experience and move on but I didn’t feel like waiting around for a new tourney to start. My impatience cost me $2.50
About thirty minutes later, I started the Hyper Special a shot. The blinds are levels are 40% shorter so the game should go pretty quick. It’s the first time to try this format. I thought that maybe my impatience would pay off.
First hand AQO, bet big with top pair and AD kicker with two diamonds on the board. All in on the brick on the turn and V chases their flush and makes it. RE-BUY! … yeah, yeah, I know. But there was a bit of joy in knocking out the v that just knocked me out.
